Jag tänkte dra insane men det är så sjukt dyrt :/
Ravenholdt är enkelt och Steemwheelde + Bloodsail är enkelt, redan dragit dem till exalted ganska snabbt i Dire Maul.
Men Shendralar och Darkmoon... pfft. typ 100k guld för båda exalted.
Runt 114 Decks för Darkmoon = Sjukt dyrt.
Runt 80 Librams + Pristine Black Diamond = Sjukt dyrt också, Diamond runt 300g och libram minst 150, 450 gånger 80 = 36k guld + ännu mer för darkmoon.
Så palla. Har 47 exalted factions, får räcka just nu ;)

You'll start out as neutral with Ravenholdt, the method is to kill Syndicate Members untill you are 11999/12000 Honored. After that you'll have to farm heavy lockboxes. More exactly 1405 boxes for the quest Junkboxes Needed.

You'll earn reputation with this faction by doing three repeat-able quests:
Libram of Focus
Libram of Protection
Libram of Rapidity
Each turn-in yields 500 reputation requiring a total of 84 to finish the grind.
84 Librams
84 Pristine Black Diamonds
15-20 Hours to farm mix of 84 stitchings/skins of shadow/blood of heroes
5-10 Hours of time checking AH
1-2 Hours of time to turn everything in.

- Darkmoon Faire -
Starting out at 0/3000 Neutral with the Darkmoon Faire it takes 120 epic deck quest completes to get to exalted. If you manage to get these decks at a prize of 200g each it will cost 24,000g!
