My icons are all errors!:
Simple fix, right click on any one of the icons and click “Rebuild All”.

If you are a first time PHX user:
Take “phx2” from the .7z/.rar/.zip you downloaded, and place it into “garrysmod/addons”.
If you need help and dont quite understand the folder structure, the folder PHX2 contains an info.txt, make sure that folder is in addons.
If you have used PHX before:
If you have used PHX before this version, I highly recommend you clean gmod. If you cannot do this, or are unwilling. I recommend deleting your “settings” folder, or more specifically, your PHX related spawn menu items in “garrysmod/settings/spawnlist”. You can either delete your entire spawnlist folder, or just delete anything containing the word “PhoeniX” in its name.
Once that is done, simply copy “phx2” into “garrysmod/addons”.
