Varför Kan Jag Inte Registrera Mig På Youtube?

När jag försöker registrera mig på youtube så får jag hela tiden ett felmeddelande, fasat jag har fyllt i allt som behövs och så..

såhär står det i alla fall på felmeddelandet:

 

"Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com."

vad jag vet så finns det ingen åldergräns på youtube.

har kollat det flera gånger också.

det finns inga fel.

Och snälla svara om ni vet vad felet är. :(

Måste vara upptaget användarnamn, eller så är deras server lagg. Google skit <_<

Jag får också samma text och kan inte regga någon användare. Mycket märkligt. Kanske märkte den av att jag försökte regga ett för ungt födelsedatum först?
